The locator uses the ZIP code and radius you enter to search for providers. Your ZIP is included in the results-page link. The locator does not ask for your name, full street address, or lab information, and it does not maintain a search history in its own database.

The locator looks up listings from its own directory. The interactive map requests tiles from OpenFreeMap or OpenStreetMap. Provider websites have their own privacy policies.
